abnormal cbc and cmp???

long story short. I have a bleeding disorder n get my cbc done yearly. in the past 2.5 months i lost about 15 lbs without doin anything. i got my results from my cbc n it says my lymphocytes are low n neutrophils are high. n on my cmp test it says ALT are low. I have no dea what any of that means. Oh n my belly looks swollen??if that makes sense. I guess where my spleen is but i am so clueless n am too imaptient to hear what the dr. has to tell me on monday....PLEASE HElP.:confused:

  • Is your bleeding disorder von Willebrand's Disease?It depends on how high or low your lymphocytes and neutrophils are.Do you have the numbers?A low ALT means nothing.As for your abdominal swelling,where is it swollen?Your spleen is in the left upper quadrant of your abdomen.

  • nuetrophils are 79.1 lymphocytes are 15.6 n it says absolute neutrphils are 8.98..........i have no idea its like between my ribcage..its a platelet function disorder I was recently diagnosed like 2 years ago with it. I have a low count of platelets.

  • Thrombocytopenia is the term for low platelets.There are several causes,and you need to know why yours are low.How low are they?And what does rib pain have to do with abdominal swelling?What you gave me was the %'s of lymphocytes and neutrophils rather than their absolute nos.,but even based on that I didn't see anything disturbing.
