on my foot. I've just recently started working for a company that requires closed toed shoes. I tend to wear open toed sandals (or no shoes at all at home) and have been told that going without shoes is bad for the foot. but since I've started frequently wearing closed toed gym shoes I've been getting odd bone-like growths on the top of my feet around the area where the shoes tie. They started with bruises that I thought would go away but just became large and somewhat painful. Does anybody know what this is?Reply Follow This Thread Stop Following This Thread Flag this Discussion
