Abdoninal Pains

Hi Guru's

I've been having abdominal pains for the last ~2 months, the pain is dull pain (1-2 scale)
and sometimes has a sudden sharp feel to it.

I also feel a constant bloated feel

I have observed that pain gets worse every 8-10 days, followed by a rapid
watery explosive diaerria. After a round of diarria the pain slowly decreases
but still exists.

Last week I went to a medical clinic, and after a couple tests(WB counts, etc..)
pee test, etc.. everything seemed fine, but was perscriped antibiotics, which seems
to have decreased the pain..

So what I am thinking, maybe:

-IBS ?
- Bacterial infection (maybe antiobiotic helped with that)
- Virus ?
- Some growth in the colon?

Is a colonscopy the only option at this point, or are there any other tests
that can be usefull ( I personally am not too excited about the colonscopy)
