Please help me with this strange problem. I drink alcohol once a week or once every other week. I typically go out with friends and have anywhere between 4-8 drinks. The drinks are either beer or mixed drinks and I normally drink from about 9 p.m. through 2 a.m. I feel perfectly fine that night and the following morning/afternoon. However, the following night, about 24 hours after my drinking, my whole abdominal area becomes extremely tender to the touch. This area starts almost as high as my shoulders and goes down to my waist (on both my front and back). This tenderness lasts for about 30-40 hours and then gradually goes away and I feel fine again. I sometimes feel nauseous and have a loss of appetite. I cannot pin point a spot that feels worse than another. It is really just my entire abdominal area.
I have had this problem for over two years. It always happens when I have 4 or more alcoholic drinks. Please help!
