6 weeks ago I developed severa abdominal swelling and discomfort. My PCP dx constipation and I took the measures he suggested. I do believe that I was constipated at that time, but always felt like there had to be something more. I am sleeping 8-9 hrs a night, and need a nap most days. My left heel hurts everyday, terribly, like a couple limp-steps each time I get moving. My elbows are aching as well. I have had lower back pain for years (scoliosis) and it has been flaring up too. I have gained almost 25 lbs in 6 weeks, bringing me to a weight higher than 9 mos preggo. Last week I took Lasix for 4 days, went back to PCP and had gained 4 lbs from last appt 7 days prior. earlier in the week I was excersizing with my walk-aerobics DVD and the muscles around my hip were very achy. it eased up somewhat as i continued. I have been very good about exercising, though i don't have the energy, along with abd discomfort, to do what would've been routine workout. I drink lots of water everyday, always have. a abd/pelvic CT scan was normal. heard today that all but 2 labs have normal results, the other 2 aren't back yet. he checked CBC, thyroid, cardiac panel, sed rate, ANA and few others i can't remember.

i have been very mindful of my eating this week to stop the gaining and hopefully begin to lose, and I noticed I am feeling better. my appetite has been low as often after eating i would be nauseous for couple hours.

my daughter has JRA, however I test negative for Rheum Factor.

any ideas?
