I wake up in middle of night full bladder, my back hurts too. It feels like I have a brick in my abdomen. After empting my bladder I can feel the pain slowly go away after about 5 min (I fall asleep).
This is ODD, because this only happens about every other month and last for about a week.
My doctor has no idea what it is. Recently had cystocele and rectocele repaired.
Not overweight, middle age, menopaused.
This has been happening for almost 2 years.
