Hey there!

I'm 22 year old female and I have experienced abdominal pain for the last 3 years. It's extremely painful in the morning when I get up. If I'm lying the pain almost disappears, but as soon as I lift up it appers again with belching. Also after eating a meal the pain gets better, and not eating for more than 4 hours and being in standing position is hurting my belly on the left side, under the rib and lower.
I'm also having back pain. I'm also experiencing really (!!) loud bower sounds when breathing in standing position in the morning.
My doctor run all the blood tests, whick were good, I had gastric endoscopy, ultrasound and also Intravenus pyelogram - all normal. I have normal apetite, don't vomit, but occasional diarhoea. I got medicine for neutralising stomach acid and releaving abdominal cramps, wich didn't have any efect. It feels almost like that something in my belly is not in the right position. Doctors don't know what to do, but living with this is extremely frustrating.

If you have any idea what this could be I would be extremly happy hearing your suggestions

cheers, Lani
