I have dysuria, sharp right testicular pain and abdominal pain. i have been having these symptoms past 6 months. my primary care doc treated me for E.Coli when they did urine culture. I have seen 2-3 specialists including gastroenterologist (for my on-going diarrhea). And later on my urologist said i have UTI. All tests seem normal now. But the pain( testicular, abdominal) hasn't reduced and the diarrhea is on-and-off. The pain sometimes is much worse, I get sharp pains every 15mins or so which effects my daily routine. Due to these sharp pains i am mostly resting.
Since all tests show that there is no infection anymore , what could still be the cause of my pains? Could a vitamin deficiency be causing all this?
