I've been having abdominal pain for about 6 weeks now, and for the last 3 weeks, the pain has centralized around my lower right abdomen, to the right of my belly button. Sometimes the pain shoots all the way down my right hip or up to the right side of my chest. The pain comes and goes throughout the day, but seems to get worse when I am doing anything that puts pressure on my right side. I've also had episodes of fever, nausea, dizziness, and fatigue. Several times, the symptoms were bad enough to wake me from sleep and make me consider the ER.
I've seen my family doctor several times, had 2 sets of bloodwork, urinalysis, an abdominal CT, abdominal ultrasound, and pelvic ultrasound, all of which revealed nothing- except the CT showed there was blood in my abdomen. They've ruled out gallbladder problems, appendicitis, ovarian cysts, and ulcers, but can't tell me what I DO have. Please give me any suggestions you have!
