I'm experiencing a dull on and off lower abdominal pain. It's primarily deep on my right side, and I mostly notice it when I'm walking. I lift a lot of heavy bags, I thought at first it could be a hernia but people tell me a hernia is a sharp pain that makes you keel over. This is not like that.
