abdominal pain

i have very severe abdominal pain on my right side. it's mostly in the front and starts at my belly button and goes up and down into my pelvis with excruciating pain. I used to have a lot of diahrea, but now not so much (severe constipation, that harsh laxatives don't even help, as in no bowel movement produced at all.. used mom, mag citrate, exlax, you name it). they have said it was from kidney stones before, but i always have them, they are small, and all the drs. tell me it shouldn't hurt. i have had polyps removed from my intestines, and have had an adhesion (my intestine was sticking to my pelvic wall). Could this pain be another adhesion? i was told once that the surgeon should have put something in me so it wouldn't stick again. i am getting up vomiting in the night, bloating, extreme pain. no one knows what to do, so they just tell me its not there. i have had all the tests before and they were all normal. i am reluctant to go through another round, again, with no answers. so my question is... what do i do?
