My daughter was born with omphalocele containing the right lobe of her liver. This was surgically repaired at birth. At age 3 she became unresponsive with a large mass in right side of abdomen, with elevated liver functions tests, ascites and hyperglycemic. Within 48 hours all was better and she was sent home. 7 months later the same thing happened, unresponsive, large abdominal mass, asictes, elevated LFT's and hperglycemia. Again, all signs and symptoms resolved with 48 hours and she was again sent home. What could be causing this?!? :confused:Reply Follow This Thread Stop Following This Thread Flag this Discussion
