ab mass

I have this strange hard and increasingly painful mass on the left lower quadrant of my ab. It is accompanied by a tingling burning sensation in my right thigh area. I have recently had an abdominal myomectomy and was told that this may be a hernia or muscle strain as a result of the surgery.

However the mass seems to be gettng larger and more painful. I can only sleep on my back or the side with the mass as laying on the other side causes even more severe pain. Topical creams help- (ben gay) and aspirin, as well as using the heating pad- but sometimes I am so stiff especially in the morning and it takes time for my leg to sort of "wake up". In addition, I have began to notice what seems to be mucus when I have a bowel movement.

I have also found that yoga helps... a little.

Has any one had any of these same symptoms?
