For the last year and three months I have been in and out of the ER with intense migraines. Along with the migriane I get a high fever, stuffy nose, cough, eye pressure, lightheadedness, and joint pain. I can feel these symtoms comign on and I know I will be in the hospital within a day. I have been to a neaurologist, eye doctor, and an allergist. I have seen countless doctors and they have taken COUTNLESS blood samples. I have had two CT scans and a spinal tap. Everything always checks out fine and they cannot seem to find a medication that helps relive my migrain. They have tested for lyme, lupis, junvenile arthritus, lukemia...you name it they've probably tested it. I am so sick of being in the ER, yesterday was the 7th time in a year. Please any suggestions, HELP!

I have just a couple questions, are you male and have they tried imitrex injectable solution? My boyfriend gets all the same symptoms you present and it took DR's 8 years to diagnose him with cluster headaches. They are treated with steriods and the imitrex is what my boyfriend uses. Its injectable and expensive but it takes the pain away within minutes. google information on the cluster headaches, let us know what comes of it. good luck!!!!!
