Hello, I am a 49 years old woman and three months ago I got some small red itchy bumps in all my body minus my neck & face and they haven't got away. At first, I thought it was an allergic reaction so, I took antihistaminic (Benadryl, Zyrtec) but they didn't work. Then, I went to a dermatologist and he gave me a cream that has cortisone that is called "Halobetasol Propionate Cream" and that didn't work either. I also went to a gynecologist, I made a
FSH blood test and the results were high. He said, I was in a pre-menopause and he gave me "Prempro" pills (estrogens, progesterone) to regulate the hormones. I've been taking them for 2 weeks and the rash hasn't stopped at all.
Please help me, advice me on what I should do next... which doctors should I visit and what medicaments should I take?
Thanks in Advance.
