7 months of pain and still no answer

I'm 17 yrs. old, and for over 7 months have been suffering from abdominal pain(throbbing or stabbing), nausea, vomiting, anemia, middle back pain, extreme tenderness of back and sides, stool alternating from pale and fatty to diarrhea to dark, occasional darker and/or cloudy urine, occasional blood in both stool(bright red) and vomit(bright red and black). I have lost 40 pounds and now weigh 100. I tested positive for celiac disease, but my gastroenterologist doubts I have it. A gastroscopy revealed a hiatal hernia and barrett esophagus, and it's believed that I have something else. I am being tested for chron's disease but fear the test will show no results. I'm really frustrated and constantly suffering, I've had to put both my schooling and work on hold. Any advice or help anyone could give would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.
