My son has had a cough since October last year. After several courses of anti biotics and inhalers I finally changed Drs. The new dr sent him for xray which shows air on his left lung and poss scarring, requested CT scan suspicious Macloed syndrome. Been to see specialist today. Tested his breathing, that came back as 73 73 and 100% so nothing out of ordinary there. Dr listened to chest, still has rattle on left side. Dr mentioned that xray shows sons heart is positined more to centre of chest than left.
Dr asked if anyone had ever mentioned the boniness of my sons chest. I always thought it was just 'pigeon chest' but apparebtly not. This is sign of chest abnormalities. Dr wouldn't commit himself to say anything more so now got to wait for appointment for CT scan. Wait is already driving me crazy. Please help!
