My son has severe gerd, moderate asthma and has had quite a few pnemonias. When he was 3 years old he had a nissen fundoplication done. After he had a lot of swelling so they put a feeding tube in and a few days later did a scope in which they preforated his stomach. He is now 6 and has begun vomiting again at least a couple time a week usually between two & four am. Now he refuses to eat. He is loosing weiht doesn't play & just is not the same kid. He says it hurts to eat. One GI dr told me it could be in hus head and thought we could use behavioral thereapy. We got a 2nd opinion and she thought it may be migraines the meds did not help. When he does vomit it seems like the food has not even been digested when its been at least 6 or 7 hours since he has eaten. Any ideas or advice you have I would greatly appreciate.Reply Follow This Thread Stop Following This Thread Flag this Discussion
