I can't get a diagnosis for why I'm getting auto immune type of problems: My history includes: HELLP Syndrome, chronic iritis, vetritis, Bell's Palsy, IBS, and now follicular mucinosis. What to do? I've had all of the auto immune lab work ups...nothing shows up.
I'm very worried.

  • Try a referral to Mayo Clinic. They should be able to help.

  • Silly them. Iritis *is* an autoimmune problem all by itself. Has anyone thought about genetic testing? Iritis is associated with Turner syndrome. I have iritis too, and Turner's. It took until I was 43 years old to get a diagnosis.

  • Forgot to add that autoimmune problems are strongly associated with Turner's.

  • Have you had a HLA-B27 lab test. Chronic iritis and ankylosing Spondylitis go hand and hand.
