51 female post menopause developed 6 pelvic/sacral fx spontaneous.Bone density norm. Calc/Vit D norm

Had sarcoplasty. But I have continued to have fx R arm and L leg. MD 's want me to take Bisphosphonate drugs. refuse to take. Why do I have broken bones with normal bone density?????
