Hello, first off , i would like to thank you for taking the time to read the this post. I've had this problem for 5 years now and i still have no idea what is wrong. ill appreciate any advice provided.
It started when i was about 13 years old, as a small lower back ache on the left side, i would say it was a 2 out of 10 on the pain scale, and it really didnt bother be at all back then, ive had a ct scan done, ultrasound(they thought it was cancer), and various blood test done when i first went to my doctor, and the test didint show anything. ive tried acupuncture, which provided very minor relief for about half a day. the aching was very minor and i just went along with the acupuncture but stopped after about half a year.
Now after 5 years, the ache has spread pretty much throughout my entire left side i would consider the pain now to be about a 4 out of 10, just a bit above bothersome. the aching is only on my left side and my right side has no aching at all. It feels as if the left side of my body is misaligned. at first i thought it was due to bad posture, which just progressively got worse, but what confuses me is how the aching is only on my left side. however i can continue with day to day activities, and still play sports also. Also, im not sure if this information is useful, but i tend to get very stiff around my shoulders and at times, throughout my left side, there would be this "tingling" feelings in my fingers and certain points throughout my left side, my blood pressure is also a bit on the high side and also a bit anemic. im quite worried about how this will affect me in the future becuase as more time goes by its getting a little harder to cope with the aching. I will be grateful for any input. Thank you
