I have a five year old son who has had few health issues... At five months old he had RSV and suffered from post RSV syndrom and reactive airways disorder. We were in the hospital every 6 weeks with some sort of breathing problem until he was three. At fourteen months old we discovered he had a severe allergy to peanuts and tree nuts.
Last September while away he had exposure to nuts and spent four days in the hospital in emergency and ICU, there was no swelling only breathing/ lung symptoms. Two weeks later while home he broke out in massive hives/ wheels that were 6 inches in diameter in some places. They lasted two days returning as soon as the Benedryl wore off.

The newest problem is what concerens us. Since October, he suffers from what he calls shocks. They feel like hard pokes and sometimes like a needle. They occur mostly on his spine and back but he also gets them on his legs, shoulders, center of his chest, and top right side of his head. When he gets them they are grouped in one area and he may get a cluster of two or three of them. Some are hard some are soft. They don't hurt him but they are uncomfortable. The Doctors have done blood test... I can't tell you what ones... Does anyone have any ideas??????
