I had my colon removed a few months ago and im in my 30's, my full story, or horror story is on my personal web page www.kerrymaidmentinfo.co.uk , first off my b12 was only 245 and I have now got it back up with supplements, I have to take iron supplements now too as I cannot absorb vitamins as I used too.

I went to the doctor yest as I have neurological symptoms, numbness, involuntary twitching, pins and needles, blackouts and keep having weird episodes, my doc now wants to test my magnesium. Would it affect me like this, its happening every day now
