I have a friend who has lived with the symptoms below for 30 years, they appear and desappear with no reason and no diagnosis after several doctors and exams. If someone has a clue, please, I thank you a lot, I'd like to help her.

It always starts with diarrhea several times a day and then very hyperative bowel sounds, it's when belchings of very nasty fecal smelling (like intestional gas coming by the mouth) start.

This can last hours or days, it's like the intestine is making a big effort to expell something stacked somewhere blocked, but there is no pain and what really disturbs it's the extremely terrible smelling of the belchings that she just has to be isolated and she can't sleep so disturbed by the smelling.

Please, if you have seen this, tell me.
