Starting around september I seem to have 1 week every other month where I am completely out of it. It first starts with upper neck soreness and tension. Then as it progresses it turns into extreme confusion and tiredness. It usually lasts around the neighborhood of a week and happens every other month from September till April. At first doctors thought it was sinus problems but my sinuses are clear then they thought it was migraines but usually I didn't have that bad of a headache. There recent "guess" was seasonal depression but ive been taking antidepressants for two months and I still received another out break. I would really like to have a correct diagnosis so I dobt have to live 4 weeks laying on my bed during one year. Also, I attend high school and it, makes it really hard to catch up and stay with the rest of the class when I randomly miss a week at a time. If anyone has an hypothesis or same symptoms with a correct diagnoses please help.
