mild chest pain comes and goes. palpatations. fatigue in arms. cold fingers and toes. prescribed high blood pressure/beta blocker 50mg atenolol. spilt seconds sights of movement in my enviroment but not acutal movement. not worse with activity or rest. had 3 ekg's all come back good. tested for diabets/thyroid blood work done came back good. chest xray came back good. this has been going on since early march. i did smoke marijuana on a daily basis have not since symptoms began. 1st ER visit heart rate of 179bpm, chest pain. dizzy. lightheaded. er doc told me i had anxiety attack and sent me away. 2 weeks later chest pain brought me to leave work and head for another er visit. told me i had pleuorisy. take 800mg of ibuprofen daily and your good to go. still chest pain is persistant.

  • i think it could be anxiety. i get huge chest pains when i have an anxiety attack, not necessarily with fear just through stress. i feel weak in my upper arms and my toes and fingers get cold as well sometimes. consider going to a pscyh and asking about chlonypyn, thats the only thing that 'resets' me.
