about 8 months ago i started getting pain in my central lower back, pretty low down there, about 3 or 4 inches above the buttocks. i suppose i contribute some of this to getting regularly trashed in my college dormitory, and consuming lots of caffeine. but really, nothing extremely out of ordinary for your typical college student. this condition is doubly annoying because it comes and goes (usually is worse at night). it will often hurt even more after i ejaculate or take a piss. sometimes the pain occurs in the bladder, i will feel an unpleasant spasm in my groin, or a mild burning sensation felt in my ***k. and sometimes i will randomly have to start peeing every 10 minutes despite modest fluid intake.

towards the end of the fall semester, one day it started hurting so bad i thought i was having another kidney stone, so i had a friend take me to the ER. they x-rayed me and didn't find ****, just attributed to this odd disorder whose name now escapes me. I went to see my GP and then a urologist a few months ago. i had my lower back MRId, and my urine tested for blood, cultures, and other anomalies. nothing. suspecting prostatitis, they tried me on the antibiotic/cipro treatment. didn't work. i was then told to cut out all fluids other than water. i followed this zealously for a few weeks along with daily prostate medicine. it would seem to get better for a few days, and then always remanifest itself. i tried the odd cup of coffee and/or alcoholic beverage recently, and as expected, came with unpleasant consequences.

does anybody have a suggestion or 2 cents that could contribute towards my recovery? i do not want to go on living like this.

  • Go get checked for trichomomias its a protazoa transmitted by sex or you touching your junk to their clothes or towel its a nasty parasite and most people to even check for it .. you have to ask for the test but oddly enough its easy to kill but hard to find .. in men you mostly get no symptoms but lower back pain and prostate damage the lower back pain is Kidney pain ... get checked. Oh protazoas are somewhat smart they have survival instincts and defence mechanisms

  • A bulging disc is a condition related to the spine, usually the lower or lumbar spine that occurs when a disc bulges through a crevice in the spine. Now the pain is really getting worse. tingling up and down my back is also a bit painful. I have all the numbness in the upper left leg, but there is a numbness that I can fill.

  • You could have psychosomatic reactions worsening your symptoms. It,s possible to have both real and imagined symptoms at the same time. You are very sensitive to dysuria. It,s just like me with nausea. If I experience nausea or a burning urge to vomit from a urine infection,or anything else for that matter, and I go and distract myself with a brisk walk and prayer I will feel better. The next time you are about to void your bladder just close your eyes and think about things that are pleasant to you.You also need to try another urologist.

  • HiYour case is relatively simple. "Classical case". All the symptoms with your urogenital system you described are the evident causes of your lower back pain. I wonder why they didn't see any changes in your spinal column by MRI. May be resolution was low? There must be something like disc herniation or protrusions, or at least some spinal nervous damage. Anyway Xrays is useless for this condition, only MRI of lumbar area with high resolution.I suppose it can be cured easily. I had many cases of successful treatment of such pathologies. My prognosis: about 1 month of the treatment for quick pain relief and 2-3 months for final treatment and you'll be healthy.Wish you good health & good luck!

  • wait, what is the treatment? exercise? physical therapy? i have gone really strict on my diet. no spicy food, maybe a bit of chocolate here and there, no caffeine, no alcohol. recently it seemed to get better for a few days after taking these prostate pills designed to help with IC and any other related prostate conditions. but then it got back to how it was again.

I use highly effective but very complex old acupuncture technique for the treatment. I know the similar effect could be reached by herbals, but I'm not expert in herbal science. Acupuncture is much safer and more available for people than herbal mixtures. Diet has minor effect, it only could be like additional support, but not the replacement of the real treatment.Your symptoms set is well-known for any competent acupuncturist. Most of the serious pathologies of your kidneys/bladder/prostate can be cured. If you don't believe me, you can make sure by yourself - just open any acupuncture atlas and look where are going the urinary bladder & kidneys meridians = it's right along the back (spinal column).

  • You could have 2 problems. There is some good indications of lower spine issues. Here is another thought -I can not remeber all the medical reasons.Simply, bladder and prostrate react well to zinc.Take a daily 45mg to 75mg zinc suppliment.I personaly would go for the higher dose because you life syle is not ideal. Results should be noticed inside 72 hours, probably quicker. If you stop taking the zinc, the problems returns in about the same time it took to imporve. So buy a small bottle first. If it helps, then speak to your Doctor.
