PLEASE help me... I have been to gastro, have had a million labs done, no one can tell me whats wrong.

Over the past 8 months I have had a significant amt of bright red blood in my stools about 5 different times lasting 3-4 days. I have tried modifying my diet, but each time it comes back, it gets worse. The past 3 times I have now had a high fever which starts at around 99 on day one and then reaches around 103 or 104 even at its peak. Along with the fever I have significant abdominal pain all over, as well as what feels like unrest/a popping sensation once in awhile in my stomach area. The condition eventually goes away within a few days, but lately it has been coming back more and more frequently. I am an otherwise healthy 21 yr old, I have had IBS like symptoms for a majority of my life but nothing like this. The fever has been occurring every two weeks or so now, and I don't know what to do.

I'll take ANY suggestions... pleaseee help me
