My problem or problems now. I am tired all the time. I have no energy. This was my problem for many years, went to many doctors and have had so many tests that I dont even remember what all has been done. I have been this way for about 15 years now and now I am still tired and have no energy but now, my memory is leaving me, I have to think about the words I am going to say, (concentration and focus are a challenge) my arms fall asleep at night and now my two middle fingers have bad joint pain, sure I am getting older now (40) but something has never been right. I have been diagnosised with Epstein barr (10 years ago) and have had veneral warts (about 15 years ago, no recurrences). These are the only problems I have ever had, no others till now. All blood work, lung x-rays, eeg, ekg, mri and many other test have come back normal. Tried hypnotism, accupuncture, sleep clinic and other natural stuff. Of course no one understands how I feel, something is not right. Medical test wise I have no problems (so they say). Any Ideas on what I can do to feel better? I have not gone to the doctors about this for the past 6 years now cause I gave up on doctors, been to doctors about sleep, and any others that would see me for my problems (20 in all across the united states). Please help cause I cant hold a job or a relationship right now, I get tired/bored with everything now. Thank you.

  • Please help cause I cant hold a job or a relationship right now, I get tired/bored with everything now. when i hear someone say they are tired/bored with everything.... i wonder if their issue is depression. Depression also can cause memory issues. Has depression been ruled out as being the cause of your symptoms? Medical test wise I have no problems (so they say). One thing Ive learnt is ALWAYS get copies of your medical tests as often things can be just out of normal range or on the outer of normal ranges and this can mean something but doctors will often dismiss saying they are normal when something in fact is wrong or the clues to what is going on are there. i suggest to get copies of all your test results and then post again here on any which are slightly out of normal range .. as tiredness as a symptom features in about every kind of not healthy issue about. Im also curious on what your B12 level is.. as low B12 can cause loss of energy and memory issues and can affect some even when it is in the normal range. (B12 blood tests dont always show deficiencies as the levels may be okay in the blood but may not be okay in the actual body tissues). Many find out they have a B12 issue. Im also wondering if you get post exertional fatigue.. eg if you do more exercise one day... are you much worst the next day?

My B12 is good and I even told the doctor to give me a B12 shot anyway to see if I noticed a difference. I did not notice anything with it. most people say they love it but it did nothing for me. I dont do any exercize as it makes me want to go to sleep, just trying to do 10 pull-ups makes me so tired that I want to lay down. I get around ok, just cant do heavy physical exertion.

By the way I am a 40 year old male now, 160 lbs, 5'10" tall and is good shape, I really dont ever get sick and my family is in good health. I eat pretty good and have tried many different diets, eg. no gluten, no carbs, all fruit and vegie diet, meat only diet. I will admit i would only try them for about a month and if I did not notice anything then I would stop.
