(sorry if this message gets posted twice)

I'm an 18 year old female and I've been sick at least a few days a month for several years. It's caused me to miss a lot of school. Any help is appreciated. I have allergies which I get shots for but they don't help with all of my symptoms.
I have:

severe headaches
neck pain
throbbing legs
fevers
nausea/vomiting (esp. around menstruation)
weakness
fatigue
constipation

  • Did u get blood test? u say allergies. What are you allergic to, do you know? What is the shot they are giving you? maybe the shots are not agreeing with you? I had my blood tested when I first started getting sick, about 3 years ago for anemia, thyroid, diabetes, and mono. They all came back negative. I've had my blood sugar checked several times since, always normal. I'm allergic to lots of trees and grasses, dander, and pollen. Mostly seasonal. I don't know what the shots are exactly, just the standard allergy injection treatment, I guess. They seemed to work though because I used to cough a lot and get sinus infections, but I don't anymore. I just get achey and nauseous a lot.

  • Do any of your symptoms change with activity level? As in, if you go running or work out, is it worse or better? Do all of your symptoms only happen around your period? If so, before/after/during? How often and how long have you been running fever? What does the thermometer say--how high is it? Sorry for all the questions, I want you to receive help!

When I work out, I get tired easily, especially when I run. My symptoms occur usually 2 days before my period, and go away after before it ends. So usually between 3-4 days The nausea doesn't occur every month, just occasionally. My pre-menstrual symptoms are usually headaches and leg cramps, and menstrual cramps. I run a fever every couple months, and it's low grade between 99.5- 100.2 Also, during these "episodes" I have no appetite. I'll go up to a week without eating much at all. I'm 5'2 and 100 pounds.

  • Do you legs throb when you are just resting (watching tv, etc)? Are you physically active? Do they throb more or less when you exercise? And are they always around the time of your period?Do you have fatigue even at rest, or does it appear only after you have worked hard? Can you describe the neck pain? Is it a burning or aching? Is it just general neck pain or is it in a certain spot?

The pain's constant, no matter what day of the month. I feel fatigued 24/7 but more so on my period and after exercize. My neck pain feels like a muscle ache.
