I am a seventeen year old female and I have recently had some strange symptoms arise. I have experienced weight gain, loss of appetite, vericose veins, hair loss, excessively dry skin, fatigue, and extreme thirst. These symptoms have been occurring for almost four months now. I have not changed my eating habits or the amount of physical activity I do. I have gained about twenty pounds in the past three and a half months, which is alot for my frame. I have lost my appetite, and become unusually thirsty, though i am not urinating any more than usual. I have very noticable vericose veins on my legs that have worsened lately. I also have two baseball sized patches of very rough, dry skin on my arms and the rest of my skin is unusually dry. I am losing handfulls of hair everyday, though this has only been going on for about a week now. I have also been much more tired than usual, though this could be due to the weight gain. Any replies would be helpful. Thanks.
