Hi, i am a 16 year old in Washington State, and i have been having weird symptoms, such as intermittent fevers up to 103 degrees, intense nausea, diarrhea, constipation, extreme fatigue, and a uncomfortable lump under my left rib in the front and my doctor seems to believe that this is my spleen that is enlarged. If you have any information on what this could be, please reply!! thanks

  • See http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Splenomegaly for causes of spleen enlargement. Removing the spleen seems stupid to me, same as removing a gallbladder - best to do something about the cause. You may want to see my comment at http://forums.wrongdiagnosis.com/showthread.php?t=63296 - for diet advice, and I explain there how a Chinese Traditional Medicine (TCM) doctor helped us. Consider showing that to your parents .. I wish you luck!
