My daughter who is 15 months has had diarrhea (not watery, more paste-like) for over 3 weeks now. It is very malodorous. She also vomits periodically (about 4 times or so total). She has no fever, is not dehydrated, etc. She just saw her pediatrician for the second time yesterday and it was diagnosed as teething. The diarrhea is causing severe diaper rash as well.
I have tried the BRAT diet and it helped, but it was only a temporary fix.
Any ideas? I don't think it is teething!
