Hey, I'm 14 years old and am in need of some serious help. I have been masturbating ever since I was around 8 or 9 years old. I'd say I've masturbated 300+ times. Recently I have had weak erections that weren't as powerful and pleasurable as the old ones. Also, the skin just under my head has gotten incredibly wrinkly. I have no physical or mental problems that I can detect, I have a very physically fit body, a good outlook on life (expect for the sexual part just now), a good social life, and several hobbies (one of which is screaming -- which I am amazing at). But I do have several medical conditions -- Diabetes (under very good control), Nephrotic Syndrome (should grow out of it, under control), and Asthma (again under control). Should I give up on masturbating, take Vitamin C tablets, give up, kill myself? At my age, this problem is devastating. I have a decent 6-inch penis that I am content with (I am Caucasian). I am desperately in need of some enlightenment right now! I have come to this site for some help, could I get a few words of wisdom? I've looked through the internet, sifting through penis devices, surgery, and ancient techniques, and I don't know what to do. Please help me through this dark time!

  • Try this for your anxiety:http://www.emofree.com/ You may need an evaluation by a urologist. Your diabetes may be contributing to your present situation. It could be that that is all that you are focusing on right now. When you start to focus, practice EFT and tap instead. You have a lot of hobbies and interesting experiences. Your "screaming" hobby may get you a few acting jobs. You may want to focus on some quiet time hobbies, however. Try a new interest to focus on so you don't spend so much time obessing over something that you perceive to be a problem. You will probably grow into a fine young man and meet a wonderful woman after college. Just try to flow through your teenage years.

  • So basically, all I do is pretend that this problem doesn't exist and focus on other areas of my life and my penis will sort itself out? I'm not supposed to try to do anything directly to my penis? Do I quit masturbating or just not nearly as often? = P

  • No, you should discuss it with an urologist first before you focus on other aspects of your life. Your diabetes could be involved.

  • Your nephrotic syndrome might be a contributing factor to your problem. As far as masturbating goes, just wait until you feel the need to rather than setting yourself up for failure based upon a set number of times you think you need to do it.
