All of my labs keep coming back normal but there is obviously something wrong, these are my symptoms:

history of cardiomyopathy, migraines, allergies, anemia; more recent symptoms are hair loss, white patches of skin on the inside of my hands and the bottom of my feet (vitiligo), insomnia, fibromyalgia, weight gain, increased bleeding and menstral cycles are lasting longer, forgetlfulness, a high cholesterol count, feeling kind of foggy and I use to have an incredible memory. Amongst other things but this is what I can come up with for now.

I have had my thyroid checked and it has come back normal. I have had a full CBC panel and nothing other than the high cholesterol count. PLEASE HELP!!!

Good Luck hope you sort it outMy endocrinologist recently told me that low Vitamin D mimics the symptoms of Hypothyroidism. Did you have your Vitamin D checked. Low B-12 also causes a full range of problems including: tingling in hands and feet, rapid heart beat, visual problems, sharp stabbing pains in the palms of your hands, gastrointestinal problems -- just to name a few.
