Wow trying to explain this is gonna be hard but I am at a loss for a diagnosis so about 10 yrs ago I had some pain in the throat and jaws, and after several months of this my family doctor said it was muscle related, the next day I was in the ER and was about to have a heart attack,so off to the cath lab and had 3 artieries 100% blocked 2 spots in the rca and one in the circumflex 1 bare metal stent in circumflex cured that and then 2 in the rca,and about every 6-8months since I have to get 2 or more stents (both drug coated 2 kinds)changed doctors numerious times, present cardiologist has found factor v,anticardiolipen a,lupus anticouagulant, extremely high chol 800+ Triglycerides were 3500,inflammation of joints,I have been to 2 hemotologist 1 local 1 cleavland clinic,a rhuemotologist, 2 cardiologist, now total 1 bare metal stent in circumflex and 11 in the rca, taking plavix, ecotrin, coumadin, crestor, fenoglide, toporol xl,accupril, imdur, plaquenil, as of this I am 40 yrs old cholesterol still at 400 on 20mg crestor tryglycerides are 700 on fenoglide 20mg,
I don't know where else to turn to look for a diagnosis or treatment as of now we are only treating the symptoms and not the cause.

Please help
Rich

  • The cause may be genetic. Ask to see a geneticist.

  • My point in all the information is for 10 yrs all this has happened, and my list of current meds is to kinda show the picture of whats been done so far but none of the doctors have any explanation as to the cause of what they call instent restenosis which is what 1 doctor called it,but others don't agree and some think its a blood clotting disorder, some say cause of really high levels of cholesterol and tryglycerides, but looking at the whole picture as to why everything is happening I am afraid after a autopsy in the future some doctor will say oh he has ******* to bad it wasn't diagnosed ealier. There has to be a cause or disease rare or not as to why all the clotting disorder, mild blood pressure, lipids way out of range, the swelling of joints and joint pain, and I do have hundreds of pages of labs but nothing is really out of range except for the items mentioned.

  • I completely agree, and yeah, some heart problems aren't diagnosed until its too late, hopefully since yours is a clotting problem that won't be the case, just keep chacking back here, often times people will post something when the person looking for answers has given up on the site, but i'll look into it now that i have a better understanding of what it could be, what speciallists have you seen?

  • Your body's most powerfull healing agent is called "Glutathione". Of the 300 to 500 trillions cells in our body Glutathione is in every one of them. It's most abundant in the liver then kidneys as well as other organs in the body. Low levels of Glutathione have been associated with over 200 clinical diseased states. Glutathione is responsible for regulating our immune system & is referred by doctors as the master anti-oxidant. It's manufactured inside the cells. In fact none of the anti-oxidants known to man would work were it not for the presence of Glutathione. You cannot eat Glutathione. Your cells have to make it. The precursors for making it are missing from our diet.www.shophealthy.bizdfarrish@starband.net
