I have a 10 yr. old daughter w/ sneezing that clears sinuses several times a day, but no congestion and mucus clear in color or white; She also experiences drainage, burping, feeling of food stuck in throat or esophagus, nausea, hardness in stomach.
Scratch tests for food & environmental allergens all clear per Allergist
Cat scan of sinuses showed very slight inflammation, but per ENT "no sinus infection";
Upper endoscopy w/ biopsies "all clear" so not inflammation of esophagus, ulcer, lactose intolerance, or stomach bacteria per Gastrologist
Ph probe showed "all clear and not acid problem" per Gastrologist
Allergy medications, Prilosec, Nexium failed to resolve symptoms.
Doctors seem at an em pass and daughter's quality of life and enjoyment of school being seriously impacted. What have we not considered or tested for? Thanks for your response!
