i had an accident half a year ago but i didn't give it much attention..
but recently i had i slight discomfort in hip(mostly the right side),so i went to doctor and the diagnosis was "snapping hip"(no x-ray test) and also that it wasn't something serious.
what can i do get out from this situation?
i thought about starting yoga,would that be in any help?
