What can be done? I had a horrible bed sore and had major surgery and was on strict bed rest for a month now I can barely bend over. Can't dress myself with pants, socks etc. I'm 53 and was very healthy n ran 5 miles the day before. Used to be a bodybuilder and a personal trainer for 20 years then one morning I woke up felt like I had indigestion then laid down n my body shook for what felt like seconds then I could not move from the upper chest on down. I soon developed a stage 4 bed sore which put me on strict bed rest for a month which changed everything . Before the surgery I was able to lift my leg up, cut my toe nails put pants on etc. Now I can barely bend over n since found out about the calcification of my hip bones! Really disheartening!!!! What else can happen? I have seen over 60 Drs and they can not give me a diagnosis! Has anyone heard about anything like this?????
