I am 16 years old and have started noticing a small pain in my hips. It started when I would do pilates and on the moves where I was moving my extended leg from around my head back to the ground my hip would pop, and it would be very uncomfortable. Now, sometimes when I take a wrong turn it would hurt to walk for a little bit, and then I would be fine. And very recently I've noticed if I lie on my side (mainly left), then my hip has a slight pain. It isn't excruciating, but noticeable. I have never had any surgeries and I don't think I hurt it with exercise, seeing as the last time I played any sports was at the end of June...
