I am a 61 year female with osteoporosis. I fell on my right side a week ago with my outer side knee bone and side of my hip bone taking the brunt of the fall. I felt bruised and weight bearing was uncomfortable, so I iced the areas and rested for a couple of days. Although still sore, I was able to resume weight bearing. Now last night I woke up during the night with profound burning sensation and pain in right groin and hip area. I can bear weight, but it is uncomfortable. Could this be related to my fall earlier in the week? What could I possibly have done and what should I do now? I have been told by several doctors I have a high pain tolerance.Reply Follow This Thread Stop Following This Thread Flag this Discussion
