Hi, Im wondering if anyone has any ideas or similiar issues as me. Here is what happened -
about five months ago during my morning workout while doing lunges i felt a strain on the side of my leg(nothing major thought it was just a muscle). over the week the symptoms got worse with pain going down my side of leg to shin as well as my mid section above my hip were the strain started looked uneven and even though i was standing straight my hip area was leaning(doctor said it was muscle spasm but it still isnt right 5months later so i dont know). the pain was so bad that any movemnt made pain shoot down my leg and it was worse than anything i ever felt( i felt like throwing up when i moved from it). With pain down the leg the doctor sent me for back issues. Ive had MRI's and the back doctor says nothing in my back is hitting anything and gave me an epideral in the lumbar 4-5 nerve(nothing happened) now he wants to do pain management but i dont even know if it is my back or hip. Any form of walking, or full body movent brings back the irritation in hip area and then pain back down leg if i continue. Any help appreciated or direction of were to go im really disgusted with the treatment im getting now before this injury i was healthy active and playing sports 30yr old.
