I dont know if these blood pressures are weird or normal. Someone please tell me. I have been keeping track latley, when noticed that my bp was rather low 90/60 about. So I started keeping track. They were usually around 100/60 -110/70. so in the lower end of ok. Latley they have been readings like 123/65, 116/46, even some 130/60somes. is it weird to be high over low like that? I have been really tired latley, and cold. my hands and feet and stuff are always freezing. so my circulation is crappy. My pulse get way high at times standing, and I can feel my heartbeat. It feels like bad panic attacks, but they come out of nowhere and I dont know why. If anyone can help me?? I have been tired for the past several months and all the drs keep telling me its all in my head and Im just depressed....

my email is Scissenator@gmail.com

  • Well most certainly your blood pressure fluctuates a lot than expected, you must be on medicines already to get control over this situation, but I would like to make you have a look at this, http://treat-high-bp-naturally.blogspot.com/ which is a story about the success story of a person who managed to eliminate his BP problems, it looked trustworthy to me so why dont you have a try to this method?

  • i was just looking for a past post of mine on my weird BP problems to update as I FINALLY know what my BP condition is.. to update when I just saw your post. My pulse get way high at times standing, It really sounds like you certainly have POTS (postural orthostatic tachycardia syndrome) http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Postural_orthostatic_tachycardia_syndrome ........................................ Im wondering if since you last posted if you've developed more symptoms???.. as about HALF of those who have POTS have it part of "chronic fatigue syndrome" (CFS) IF you've now developed other symptoms eg dizziness, headaches, insomina, joint and muscle pain and memory issues.. please research CFS). With only the symptoms you've said there thou.. you currently wouldnt be classified as having CFS..................... Also find out if your BP is suddenly going up when standing too??.. as ones with POTS can sometimes get another issue called orthostatic hypertension. (High BP when standing). I have POTS, CFS (which for most causes low BP) and orthostatic hypertension. My BP thou goes very low too.. eg 80/50 (low BP) but on standing goes up to 167/138 (orthstatic hypertension). None ive come across know about this condition (first written about medically the 1980's). My specialist thou he noted my BP weirdness..said he'd never seen nothing like it before so didnt know how to treat it or what to do about it..so left it.
