i have this problem since 2008; my mom got diabetes so i got sad and stressed, cried day and night, felt that it started to affect on my health negatively,my whole left side of my body gets numb or feels like its filled with needles,i went to have some check ups on my heart, they told me its functioning ecxellently,i have also done check ups on my sugar, blood pressure and B12 all results were great except that they told me to go have some B12 shots due to inadiquate diary intake since im a vegetarian(buti eat fish),i have felt my hand got better for a while but then it started to hurt me all over again, and i cough at night (little discomfort in my chest),i frankly feel stressed these days, crying daily and feeling sad..i dont know if this could be the main reason of my pain but i feel it can strongly be.
i would hoping somebody out there could have the same symptoms so we can share together what we feel.

Thanks a lot.

  • What you are having have happen to you is called an anxiety attack if you have gone to the hospital and the Doctor's sure your heart is all good. I have had 3 of them and they started when I was 18 or so. I am now 33 and haven't had one for a long time but my life is getting extremely stressful again so I must be getting due for another one too.
