I just wondered if anyone had any clue what the deal was- i go to the gym and excercise- yeah its tiring but thats because im trying to get in better shape. I do weights after i run a bit and then usually i lay down to do crunches/floor excercises. typically when i do that, my whole body gets weird like my blood circulation is magnified. My legs sometimes twitch and shake on their own and i feel spontaneous "bumps" and pounds all through my upper legs all the way to my chest. I never really thought it was serious and maybe it isnt, but then i stand up and mny heart pounds kinda erratically. You can see it moving through my chest. I've been home for a 1/2 hour now- it's ok but i still feel a "pound" here and there in my heart. I didn't really think it made me short of breath but i dunno...it's weird. Anyone have any clues?
