hi all. i've posted in here before about panic attacks, but those have magically gone away somehow (weird). they have now been replaced with migraines and a heavyness hanging over my head that is ALWAYS there making me feel sick. it feels like someone is actually pushing down on my head and at its worst i can't walk and have to lie down. half of the time though i have a headache that makes me feel like i'm underwater(?!). what on earth...?

also i always feel worse after eating. i figured i would just eat really healthy foods and all that did was make me feel too weak to do anything. i haven't gotten any mri's or catscans done yet.

another weird thing is that i have this rash; flat pink, kind of blotchy spots on my torso/chest. they aren't itchy or cause any discomfort or anything, and i've actually had it for almost a whole year now.. i don't even know if it's related to the headaches or the panic attacks i used to have, but who knows! i'm clueless. :(

any suggestions? thank you!!

It just might be related to the rest of your symptoms.I recently saw one and I'm glad I did because she identified 4 autoimmune rashes which I currently have. My regular doctor didn't refer, my ophthalmologist did. And I've heard that is common too. Regular doctors don't refer when they think they can treat you. There are over 105 medical conditions which can cause rashes, over 70 possible causes of a rash, and many medical conditions which have rash as a complication. That's why it's so important to see the "rash" doctor. :DA partial list of some causes of a rash:allergieseczemadermatitisinfectionsparasitic conditionssystem conditions such lupushemorrhagic rashCeliac Diseaseetc.http://www.cureresearch.com/sym/rash.htm#possibleHere's more of the list. You could go crazy with this list. :eek:But you might want to look into Discoid Lupus Erythematosus:http://www.cureresearch.com/d/discoid_lupus_erythematosus/intro.htm

  • It is possible that you may not have enough stomach acid. If that were true you would be probably be deficient in vitamins, minerals, and proteins. I had that condition a few months ago and im feeling alot better now. If you are interested message me back.
