I started going to the gym a couple months ago but had to soon stop because I started getting these unbearable throbbing headaches upon lifting my first set of weights of the day. It literally felt like all the blood from my body was gonna explode through my head. Not thinking too much of it, I continued putting up with the pain workout after workout. I have come to the conclusion that those acute headaches might have had something to do with my poor breathing pattern while lifting weights. I eventually stopped going to the gym because I couldn't do anything without getting this horrible pressure in my head. Now for a while, as long as I didn't exert myself, I didnt get headaches, but about a week after stopping weight lifting I started to get these nasty tension headaches. (The pain starts at my neck and moves to my temples, It makes me dizzy and it feels like brain pressure). Its been like a month since I stopped going to the gym and I still go to bed and wake up with this nasty tesnion headache.
Unfortunately I dont have insurance right now and I cant afford a CT or MRI. Can anyone help me out???
