In the morning..

Lately, every morning I wake up with a pounding headache. Sometimes they're at night too. Also, whenever I go to tell someone something, if they talk even a second before me..I'll forget everything I was going to say. Maybe just tension? any ideas?:(

  • i've been having the same problems with my head in the mornings and i end up taking painkillers for it every other day because they won't go away. do yours persist throughout the day?

  • Try a new pillow with enough neck support. Morning headaches are often muscular in origin.Good luck.
