My wife has 3 second degree female relatives who have had brain aneurysms. Two have died, the other survived the event. My wife has developed a sharp pain in back of her head, that comes and goes, usually in less than a minute. It sometimes happens several times per day, and seems to be increasing. She thinks they have been happening for a few years, but started out few and far between.
Also, she sometimes but rarely has a vertigo for a day or two. She almost always blames them on a strong oder, which myself and others cannot smell at the time, and I think she is imagining it. My question is has anyone else had warning symptoms of an aneurysm like these over a long period of time and any associated with ohlfactory halucinations?
