I am hypoglycemic and I have gotten a bit slack during the summer with my diet. I have only had a low blood sugar once during this whole time. I continue to be even at a 7.0. I am not a glasses wearer ,but am a heavy read and often don't wacth what kind of light I'm reading with. I keep getting headaches(not migraines) directly in my temples. Somtimes it's from lack of sleep I think because when I lie down I can sleep it off other times nothing can stop them.
Is this all being caused my hypoglycemia???
BTW I am a non diabetic.
